We will send you a 4-page letter by fax, email or regular mail that will have the details of our nearest network provider as well as our policies and some tips. In our response letter you'll receive the name of the company (our referral offices are all privately owned), address, phone number and contact name. The letter will instruct you to call that office and make an appointment. Tell them you are a referral from Ahearingaid.com®. Tell them that you would like to make an appointment. The other 3 pages of our letter are a list of our policies. Read them and feel comfortable with who we are and what we can and will do for you. Our prices are usually hundreds of dollars less than retail outlets. The prices listed on our website already include the cost for services. All hearing aid sales come with a 45-day trial period. If you need more time than 45 days to evaluate your hearing aids just contact Ahearingaid.com® in writing (email is OK) and request more time prior to the end of your 45-day trial. Ahearingaid.com® will then contact the manufacturer and request an extension of the trial period. When the hearing aid manufacturer responds with their answer we will provide the information to you in writing. *We have to add tax if you are a resident of New Mexico. Most of our network professionals do not charge a fee for returned hearing aids. When you call to make your appointment just ask if that office charges any fee for their services rendered during your trial period if you need to return your hearing aids.
