1. Our Nationwide Network of Hearing Aid Centers Are Contracted to Provide the Following:
- Lifetime hearing aid cleanings as needed
- Annual hearing evaluations (hearing test)
- If you are comparing us to Hearingplanet their providers
are contracted to provide you with only one-year of cleanings and only one hearing evaluation compared to our lifetime of hearing aid cleanings and a hearing evaluation every year.
2. Our Nationwide Network of Hearing Aid Centers Are Contracted to Provide Three-Years of Adjustments and Programming
- Hearing aid adjustments are provided in your local area for three-years without charge
- If you are comparing us to Hearingplanet their providers
are contracted to provide you with only one-year of hearing aid adjustments compared to our three-years.
3. Ahearingaid.com® Provides a Two-Year or Three-year Hearing Aid Repair Warranty on All Digital Hearing Aids
- For two or three years you pay nothing for hearing aid repair. Some manufacturers provide a three year warranty. In those cases you will be given
a three year warranty and not a two-year hearing aid warranty.
- If a hearing aid manufacturer, like Starkey® gives only one-year hearing aid repair warranty, like on the Destiny® 400, 800, and 1200 we will purchase a
second year hearing aid repair warranty, from Starkey® and provide to you at no additional cost
- If you are comparing us to Hearingplanet they only provide what the manufacturer provides. In other words in the case of a Starkey® Destiny® HP provides
only a one-year repair warranty on the 400, 800, and 1200, while we provide a two-year repair warranty and our Starkey®, Destiny®, price is $200 less than HP.
After your two-year or three-year hearing aid warranty expires We will repair your hearing aid for only $145. This after warranty repair does not include shell remakes or digital chip replacement.
4. Ahearingaid.com® Provides a Two-year Manufacturer Loss Warranty on All Digital Hearing Aids
- All digital hearing aids purchased through Ahearingaid.com® come with a two-year, one-time loss policy, through the manufacturer
- If the manufacturer only provides a one-year loss policy Ahearingaid.com will purchase a second year loss policy from
the manufacturer and pass that on to you at no additional cost.
- If you lose your hearing aid under the manufacturer loss policy you may have it replaced one time only for $250. The $250 provides you with a
brand new hearing aid (the same exact model that you lost), and the programming by a local provider. It does not cover the cost for ear molds.
- If you are comparing us to Hearingplanet they only provide what the manufacturer provides. In most cases hearing aid manufacturers, therefore HP, only provide
a one-year loss policy. HP also charges you a $400 fee to replace a lost hearing aid under their hearing aid loss policy, whereas Ahearingaid.com fee is only $250

- Trial period starts when you are fit with the hearing aid by the provider
- Trial periods may be extended if you need more time to evaluate the hearing aid
- Restocking fee is $75 per hearing aid
