Able Hearing is a family owned and operated business serving Oregon and Washington since 1993. Owned by long-time Specialist, Larry Brandsen, and his two sons, Wayne and Karl. All together they share over 65 years of experience in serving the hearing impaired.

Larry Brandsen, BC-HIS, is the founder of Able Hearing. Larry was born in Oregon City and has been serving the Hearing Impaired in the Great Northwest since obtaining his State License in 1969.

Wayne Brandsen

Hearing Specialist

Wayne Brandsen, BC-HIS, obtained his Board Certification from the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences in March 2004, and has been licensed as Hearing Specialist in Oregon and Washington since 2002.

Karl Brandsen

Hearing Specialist

Karl Brandsen, BC-HIS, has been licensed as Hearing Specialist in Oregon and Washington since 1997. Karl obtained his Board Certification from the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences in March 2001.

Lucas Bly Duberow

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Lucas is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist and has been fitting patients with hearing aids since 2011. He graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in audio engineering.

Office Manager

Anna Voytenko, Office Manager, has happily served our valued clients for both locations since 2012.

Lisa Barter

Beaverton Office Assistant

Lisa Barter joined Able Hearing as our Beaverton Receptionist and office assistant in 2018 . She loves meeting new people and catching up with our valued clients.
